		<description>yeah, people are CRAZY!!!!  i&#039;m lucky as hell to get 100% matching on 100% of my contributions each year (up to the max legal amt., of course) and i&#039;d venture to say that only 25% of the people here take advantage of it.

i know everyone needs money and all to live, but a free $15.5k a year for doing nothing? come on!  (now i just hope we keep this benefit and it doesn&#039;t go away w/ the economy and all...)</description>

		<description>I am too surprised by all of the people that do not participate. When you ask them why, the just say &quot;because&quot;. Like you said, even if you stick the money into money markets mutual funds, you still are getting a HUGE return. No one can provide a guaranteed return on your investment. Oh wait, a 401(k) with a match can!
