		<description>Okay, what about diabetic issues?  This sounds really good, yes i am female and i am only allowed 180 carbs daily (but really boost the fiber i can deduct 5 or more grams fiber from my carbs, which reduces my carb counts so i can eat MORE !</description>

I drink half of the container first thing when I arrive to the office and then put the rest in the fridge.  I then drink the second half around 3:30 or so.   There have been times where I&#039;ve forgot to put in the fridge and it still drinks just fine.  Refrigerated is much better though.
