Last week I mentioned how I guest posted my shrimp pasta recipe at Gen X Finance. I was very excited that it seemed to be a success based on the feedback. One of the commenter’s loved it so much that they prepared it that night, took a picture and submitted to Flickr. That’s the picture above. I must confess that their presentation was much better than mine.

My apologies for referring to Kraft Parmesan cheese at being the “real thing”. I have learned my lesson If you missed the post and are looking for a cheap and easy shrimp pasta recipe, I suggest you give it try. You won’t be disappointed.

New Finds

Thanks to my buddy Jack over at Babeled, I came across a new blog The Art of Manliness. For any male, I suggest you check this out. It’s kind of like the online version of Men’s Health, but much more insightful. The have a series entitled “So You Want My Job” where they featured Jack and his career as a Nuclear Engineer. Very interesting read. Sorry Jack, when I saw the picture and the job title, all I could think of was Homer Simpson. Nothing but love
