If you’re anything like most Americans, you can’t simply walk into your work and demand a raise, but if you can, good for you! But, for the rest of us, there are other ways that we can earn some extra money. One of the newest and most popular ways to make some spare change in your pocket is to use one of the dozens of survey sites on the Internet.

If you’ve spent anyone time online (and obviously you have), then you’ve heard of countless ways that you can earn money, but most of them are just scams. Amidst all of those scams are a few legitimate ways. One of the ways that have gained a recent surge in popularity is completing surveys on one of the dozens of websites. If you do a simple Google search of “Survey Websites,” you’ll see hundreds of different option, but some of the are going to be much better than others. This article is going to explore one of the most popular options, Vindale Research and it will hopefully answer any questions that you have about their website and services.

The Background of Vindale Research

Vindale Research is one of the oldest survey websites on the Internet. They’ve been around for over 12 years, and they have had plenty of time to refine and tweak some of the mistakes that they had in the early years. They are an independent survey site that is going to pay you for your opinions, because of their long standing history, they work with some of the largest companies in the United States.

Vindale Research is a part of the SayForExample, Inc., and they also own other sites like 20in20.com. As a company, they are based in New York, but they have expanded their survey reach to a much broader audience than some of their competitors. Most survey services only allow users in the United States to participate, but Vindale Research has members in the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. If you’re located outside of the U.S., then Vindale Research might be the best option for you.

Getting Started with Vindale Research

If you want to become a member of the Vindale Research team, it’s straightforward to do. Signing up for the program is as quick and easy as joining any other website, like Facebook. All that you’ll have to do is fill in some basic information and then answer some “household” questions. These basic questions about yourself are going to determine which surveys that you get invited for. The companies that participate with Vindale Research are looking for customers

After you’ve finished signing up, which should only take you a couple of minutes, you’ll have to wait around for your first survey. Depending on the availability, you could get your first survey quickly, or you could end up waiting a day or two to get your invitation through email. If you want to start earning money as quickly as possible, there are several other ways that you can make money aside from filling out surveys.

One of the benefits of Vindale Research is that they offer several different ways that you can earn money. One way is by watching Vindale videos. In some cases, Vindale’s clients want their customers to look at a video, and watching the video can get you a quarter. Watching these videos is one of the easiest ways that you can earn money, especially if you have some time to kill.

Another way that you can earn money is by referring your friends to Vindale Research. There is a unique link that you can share with your friends to encourage them to sign up with Vindale, and for every person that signs up using your link, you’re going to make $5. It’s as simple as that. Not every survey program offers a referral program, it’s a nice incentive.

Aside from surveys and videos, you can also participate in Vindale’s reward mail program. If you opt into their program, all you have to do is look at the emails that they send you and read the promotional material inside. For every email that you open and read, you’ll get paid $0.10. Sure, it’s not a ton of money, but it’s effortless to make money by opening up emails.

One of a unique ways that you can earn money is by sharing a picture of your payment form Vindale. If you share the picture with Vindale, they will automatically give you $5 in your account. It’s as simple as that. This is a quick and easy way to boost your earnings.

Getting Paid with Vindale Research

Every survey website handles payments differently. All of them reward you for completing surveys, but the ways that you can access that money is going to vary widely depending on which site that you use. Vindale is one of the easiest sites to get access to your money, you have two simple options, through PayPal or by getting a check in the mail.

There are very few survey websites that allow you to get your money in check form. If you want to get to get your money through a check, then Vindale is going to be one of your only options. Additionally, you won’t have the long wait periods that you have with some of their competitors. In most cases, you will only wait a couple of weeks to receive your payment. With some companies like Pinecone Research, you could end up waiting a month or more to get your rewards.

When you’re considering the payment options of each survey site, it’s important to note the threshold of each company. Every company is going to require that you accumulate at least a certain amount of rewards before you can cash them out. With Vindale, you’ll have to get at least $50 before you can have the money transferred to your PayPal or have a check sent to you.

Common Complaints About Vindale Research

Every survey website that you find is going to have some drawbacks. Regardless of how good the system is, there are going to be customers that are not happy with the experience. It’s important that you take note of some of the complaints that some users have had with Vindale.

One of the most notable ones is that some users have had their accounts closed after they have earned money. This is one of the most discouraging problems with Vindale. I didn’t see a lot of complaints about having accounts deleted, but even one of two members with this issue is something to take note of. More than likely, you won’t have this problem, but it’s something that you should be aware of when deciding which survey program is best for you.

Another common complaint is about the payouts from finishing a survey. As I mentioned, each survey program is different in how they handle their rewards. Each survey is going to give you a different amount depending on the length of the survey. If you’re looking to get the most money for your time, then Vindale is probably not going to be the best option. Some of their competitors are going to give you higher rewards for every survey.

Vindale Research – What You Need to Know

If you want to earn a little extra spending money every month, without having to get a second job, survey websites are an excellent way to do that. You won’t make enough money to break your bank by working with Vindale, but it’s an excellent way to make some money in your spare time.

Best Survey Sites

Because there are so many different websites that you can choose from, it’s important that you find the one that is going to work best for you. One of the nice advantages of Vindale Research is that it doesn’t cost anything to join. If you decide that you don’t like the program, all you have to do is move onto the next one. You haven’t lost anything other than a couple of minutes of your time.

Luckily, I have reviewed some of the most popular survey sites on the Internet. If Vindale doesn’t work, there are plenty of other options that I have detailed the advantages and disadvantages of. Go take a look at my Best Survey Sites page. I’ve detailed all of the pros and cons of the most popular survey programs on the Internet.

Each site is going to have some distinct differences. For example, some companies are going to reward you a cash amount for every survey that you complete. While other companies are going to offer you a set number of “points” and you can use these points to purchase a prize or buy a gift card. For a lot of members, the difference could be a deal breaker. Instead of wasting your time joining various programs, I’ve done all the research and hard work for you. My Bets Survey Site page can save you hours of frustration and hard work.
